“I was looking for a home to buy with my real estate agent, but nothing really clicked. Then she stumbled upon a lot on Lake Winnebago, and we just fell in love with the view,” Christina shares. It was this lot that inspired her to think beyond just purchasing and consider building something truly personal. This marked the beginning of her collaboration with Virtue Homes.

“I had this vision of wood ceilings and stone accents in the kitchen,” Christina recalls. “Cristy listened to my ideas and knew what I could get for my budget; I think that’s the biggest difference between working with an interior designer versus a building designer. She brought my Instagram to life.”

One of the standout features of this home is the covered porch and expansive deck off the great room. “As soon as you walk in, it’s just all windows, and then you open the door to a deck that’s completely covered,” Christina explains.
