  • The team at Virtue Homes truly made our dream home a reality

    It certainly was no easy task designing and building a custom lakefront home on a bluff, but they made it happen with ease. I had a vision from the very beginning and they delivered above and beyond my high expectations; it was truly impressive. Being a first-time home builder, we interviewed multiple builders. After meeting with the team at Virtue, our gut feeling told us they were the right team for this project. We toured their in-progress builds and were blown away with the attention to detail in every home, whether it was a spec or completely custom. Virtue’s vision, knowledge and craftsmanship is the best in the valley.

    The communication was outstanding the entire time. The record keeping, contract and any change orders were easy to understand and straight forward. They are extremely detail-oriented and transparent. We met with many of their suppliers and subs, they all raved about the team at Virtue and how much they enjoyed working with them. Our phenomenal project manager, Kyle, has the experience and expertise to handle all of the ups and downs associated with building a house. The stress for us was non-existent. He was with us every step of the way and always prompt to respond or set-up a meeting on site. He patiently explained things in detail. From the beginning, they recognized what was important to us and utilized their network of dependable subs to deliver. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Gerald and Kyle understand every facet of the house construction process and get the project done, on time and on budget. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication and availability even after the house was complete.

  • Quality and attention to detail were evident

    Gerald was great to work with through the entire process from sitting down to determine what we could build within our budget through to the finish. One of the things that led us to Gerald was his honesty from the beginning. We wanted to stay within our specified budget and Gerald was able to give us an idea of what we could build within that budget (unlike other builders we met with prior). He was always available to answer our questions and concerns and quickly responded to emails and calls. Gerald continues to be a resource 3 years after building our home if we have questions. Quality and attention to detail were evident – we continue to receive many compliments on our home. We would definitely recommend Gerald/Virtue Homes to anyone interested in building a new home!

  • We could not be more delighted with our home

    We are so grateful to have found Virtue Homes after moving to the area a year ago. We knew we wanted to build our forever-home, but since we never built a home before, we did not really know where to begin. With Virtue Homes, you do not need to know! They walk you through everything and stay on schedule. From start to finish, they are there for you to answer any questions.

    Their process is extremely organized so there is nothing missed. The online app they use allows you to follow along, see pics they took, and approve changes very easily. The vendors they use are top-notch and understand this is YOUR HOME, and you want it built as you have dreamt it! We could not be more delighted with our home. Thank you Virtue Homes!

  • Quality workmanship

    We had Virtue Homes finish our basement for us. They did a great job and everything went super smooth. They were able to start the project quick and were done in under two months. They paid close attention to quality of workmanship and made sure everything matched our upstairs, down to the well texture and same door knobs. Dan was great to work with and quickly responded to all of our questions. He also helped us get an EV charger installed in our garage when the electrician was out. Overall can’t recommend them enough!

  • Subcontractors were qualified, respectful of our existing property, and did great work

    My wife and I hired Virtue Homes to finish our basement and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were easy to work with and did what they said they were going to do at the quoted price. Each of their subcontractors performing each portion of work were qualified, respectful of our existing property, and did great work. There were options to choose from and professional recommendations. Anyone that has done any building or construction on their property or a new property knows that new options or changes present themselves as the build happens. We had a couple of them and they weren’t surprises by any means. The pricing was in line with the original quote as if included from the start. The most important thing in hiring a contractor is if they do what they said they were going to do and Virtue Homes did what they said they were going to do.

    The craftsmanship and thought that was put into the ideas behind the project are much appreciated. Gerald’s dedication to a building project remains well after it has been completed. When he says he backs up his work he means it. My wife and I have had questions well after the completion and he responds in a very timely manner; usually within a few hours. He’s there with expertise and genuine advice. I would highly recommend utilizing Virtue Homes for a residential construction project if you want quality, friendly service, and at an affordable price.
